  I'd really prefer NO STARS but that's not an option. This drive-thru is ridiculously slow.
  After waiting almost 10 minutes to be able to pull up to the box to order, which should not have taken that long because the car in front of me had already placed their order and was waiting for the line of cars to move so they could move up, I was able to place my order.
  This was extremely difficult because we could barely understand what the girl was saying. Then we wait again to get to the window to pay. The girl asked us a question, in which we couldn't understand. Come to find out, she's asking if we have cash because their card machine broke and if we want to is our card, we have to walk inside. I had to leave. What is the purpose of a drive-thru?? To not go inside!!
  
  Firstly, tell people that before you take their order.
  Secondly, do not have a person who is unable to be understood take orders. She had a severe speech impediment.
  Third, get rid of the double line for drive-thru. It makes it so much slower.

  Service was so so. At least the food was hot, but watching the cashier pick stuff out of her nails was kind of a put off, luckily she did not handle the food.
